Today’s Yeh Hai Chahatein 16th October 2023 episode starts with Kashvi is shocked to see Mahima sleeping with her head on Arjun’s chest. Jagdish is also surprised, while Nitya is happy to plan such a scene. Jagdish knocks on the car window and asks Arjun to get out. Arjun gets up and says Baba, Kashu. Mahima remembers that she used to pretend to sleep on his chest, so that Kashvi could fight with her and their marriage would break and Arjun would be hers.
Arjun says thank God, you came here, otherwise I don’t know how to contact you, as our phones were not working and were switched off. Nitya says we found you because of GPRS in the car. Jagdish asks why did you come here? Arjun tells that he had come to get the signature of the minister for the project. Nitya hugs him and asks him to thank Mahima who has handled her well. Arjun tries to talk to Kashvi. Kashvi goes. At home, Arjun asks Kashvi why didn’t you talk to me since you saw me with Mahima. Kashvi says she is tired and needs to sleep. He says that until we solve this matter, we will not sleep. Arjun asks him to tell. Kashvi says let’s talk. Arjun asks her to say yes wholeheartedly so that it reaches his heart. Kashvi says I trust you more than myself and hugs him.
Arjun tells Kashvi to close her eyes if she trusts him. Kashvi closed her eyes. Arjun makes him cut chilli. Kashvi opens her eyes and hits him with the pillow. Arjun says you didn’t trust me earlier and that’s why I made chilli for you. Mahima asks Nitya if Kashvi is not surprised because he did not fight with Arjun. Nitya says she was in shock and didn’t know what to say. Mahima says my life is to get Arjun and make Kashvi feel insecure. Nitya asks why would Kashvi feel unsafe? Mahima says this so that Kashvi feels that Arjun always loves her and goes away from her life.
Later Arjun and Kashvi come to the hall and perform aarti of goddess for Navratri. Other people also perform Aarti behind them. Kashvi gets a call that Aruna has died. She tells everyone that she has to go to office. Nitya says you have taken leave today. Kashvi says Chandra sir called and said that some file has to be worked on. She reaches the hospital and asks the doctor what happened to her. Doctor says she was under stress and didn’t want to live. The nurse gives him safe and equipment. Kashvi reads her letter in which Aruna asks him not to tell anyone about her death, not even his sons, otherwise the killer will be alerted.
