Today’s Imlie 16th October 2023 episode starts with Agastya’s lawyer asks him and Imlie to sign the marriage registration form as the office is open only till 5 pm. They book after seeing the form. A couple Radhika and Sukesh come in and Sukesh requests the lawyer to get their marriage done soon as the girl’s family is against it and he can reach here any time. The lawyer says the office will be closed in a few minutes and he can’t help.
Agastya asks him to end his marriage first. Imlie says marriage is between 2 hearts and when 2 hearts want to unite, then who are they to stop them. She continues her heavy dialogue and decides to help them. The lawyer says they need 2 witnesses for the marriage. Imlie says she and Agastya will become witnesses. Agastya’s family anxiously waits for his return and the consummation of his marriage with Noyonika.
Amrit lies to Sonali that he has received an emergency call from his family, but he will stay there until Agastya’s wedding is over. Sonali says he always puts his family before his family, why is he so nice. Amrit says she is very sensitive. Sonali asks him to take care of himself. Amrit leaves the house thinking that he will do the same and take her recording from Imlie.
Radhika and Sukesh take an oath to protect each other and put each other’s happiness before their own. Radhika and Sukesh ask Imlie and Agastya to garland each other and they offer their respective garlands.
Agastya says that his wife needs a special garland and brings a penny garland, taunting Imlie for her greedy behaviour. Imlie lectures again. Radhika and Sukesh’s parents go on the run with the village goons. Radhika’s brother angrily tries to hit her while the mother yells at him. Sukesh protects Radhika. The goon attacks Agastya. Agastya beats them and Imlie supports him. After the dramatic fight, Imlie delivers heavy dialogues to Radhika and Sukesh’s parents to respect their children’s decision otherwise they will lose their children. Parents become convinced. The goons tried to attack again. Radhika’s brother protects her.
Sukesh’s father asks the goons to leave and lets him handle his family issues alone. The goons leave with a warning that they have done wrong and will have to face consequences. Radhika and Sukesh’s parents thank Imlie and bless her. Radhika offers vermillion to Imli at Pagdandiya Sita Maiya temple. Once they all leave, Agastya tells Imlie that she is a good actress and she has done all this for money. He garlands her with money and continues to humiliate her.
