Today’s Anupama 16th October 2023 episode starts with Malti Devi tells little Anu that she will teach her dance tomorrow. Younger Anu asks if she will become a dancer like mom. Malti Devi says yes and asks her to call her Dadi. Choti asks her to promise that she will not leave Papa and hurt him. Malti Devi promises that she will not leave him, and says that she will comb his hair, tell him fairy tales and tell him stories.
Choti tells that ever since Samar Bhaiya has gone, mom is giving less or no time to dad and us. Malti Devi says that she will take care of them. Just then Pakhi and others come there. Barkha asks where did they go? Pakhi tells that she does not want to tell anything to outsiders. Barkha says okay.Baa asks doctor to check her son and asks if he is fine?
The doctor says he is in shock and cannot bear the loss of his son. He asks them to make him see a doctor otherwise he may lose his mental balance. Anupama tells that a woman expresses her grief and cries, but a man is not taught to cry. She cries seeing him. She says he always used to hug Toshu and Sweety and called my Samar a loser. She says she is in guilt and pain remembering it. Anuj says we have to show Vanraj to a good therapist. Kavya says definitely. Baa says don’t know why we are suffering like this. Anupama asks him to control himself. Anuj tells Babu ji that he will leave.
He says he will inform them if inspector tells anything. He is leaving and turns towards Anupama. Anupama signs it. He signs back. Babu ji comes into the room and cries. Baa asks shall we call another doctor as Vanraj is not regaining consciousness. Babu ji says that he will be fine if he sleeps. Baa says I am closing the door because father and granddaughter are crying alone. Babuji prays to God to make everything fine, otherwise he will not get peace.
In the car, Anupama tells Anuj that he did the right thing by allowing Malti Devi to stay in the house. They hope that their relationship is not incomplete but complete. He asks what about you, when I will get you completely. Song plays…jeye toh jeiye kaise…Anupama places her hand on his hand. Anuj asks her if she will never forgive him. He says your silence and my guilt are not letting me live. He says when Baa did not give me water then you also did not take it. He says I hope everything goes well, and asks her out.
Anupama says I am trying, but I need time. He says I never stopped you and tells him not to leave him else he will die. Anupama gets a call. She sees the boy who has his eyes on Samar. The boy thanks Anupama for the eyes which his son got from Samar. Anupama gets emotional after seeing Samar’s eyes and with her mother’s permission, feeds laddus to the boy. The boy says that he likes laddus. The woman says that he has done her a great favor.
Anupama says I will thank you for keeping my Samar alive in your son. The boy asks what is brother’s name? Anupama says Samar. The boy says that would be nice. He touches Anupama’s feet and hugs her. The woman says you can come and meet my son whenever you want. Anupama says that my Samar is alive as someone’s eyes and someone’s heartbeat.
Kavya comes to the room and asks Vanraj if he will wake up. Vanraj asks did Samar come, I have a lot of work for him. Kavya says Samar is not alive, he has been shot. Vanraj recalls and tells that Samar is dead. Malti Devi thinks Anuj and Anupama have come together and she is happy with it. She asks Anuj about the matter. Anuj says that the case became weak due to withdrawal of two witnesses, but Vanraj and I have given our statement.
Anupama says that she will feed Chhoti and also make her do her homework. She says that he also taught her dance. She got tired and fell asleep. Anupama tells that Chhoti always wanted Dadi to live with her. Malti Devi is telling about Navratri starting from tomorrow. She says it is not celebrated in that house, but can be celebrated here.
Anupama says he was my son and says pain does not change from home. She says Samar wanted us to be happy and so we will light diya and celebrate. Malti Devi follows Anupama and asks if she has forgotten Anuj. Anupama asks when did I get angry with Anuj that I forgave him. She says things are not normal from my side, but it will happen soon. She says it doesn’t mean I don’t love him and blames him.
Kavya comes home and tells that doctor said Vanraj is guilty and is shocked that he could not save Samar. She reveals that she has post-traumatic stress. She says his brain can’t function and his emotions can fluctuate and he may have panic attacks or even cry. Babu ji asks if he is mentally fine. Kinjal and Toshu tell that they will be fine.
BabooJi says Vanraj has done a lot for us, now it is our turn. Everyone says that they will stay with Vanraj and keep him happy. They plan to celebrate Navratri for Samar and invite Anupama as well.Anuj Anu shouts. Anu goes out and sees the news about Sonu’s arrest and Suresh’s statement that his son is being framed. Anupama is happy that she will get justice.
