Today’s episode of Katha Ankahi 17th October 2023 starts with In the car heading towards the engagement were Ehsaan, Viaan and Teeji, along with Katha, Aarav and Falguni. Viaan is lost in Katha’s memories, he has fallen in love with her thoughts, he has become addicted to them. He looks at her lost in her thoughts with his eyes closed for fear she should come and wake him up. Viaan gets a call, telling him that they are only 10 minutes away. Katha tells Aarav, tells that he laughed after a long time.
Jeetu and everyone else were at the venue. Jeetu became happy after seeing Viaan and started crying hugging him. Teeji questions him crying, Viaan is back. Viaan moves towards someone, the story also moves towards him. Viaan goes to Vanya while Katha goes to a doctor to congratulate her on her engagement. Aarav hugs the man, a girl comes and thanks Katha for being her mother, Aarav thanks the man for becoming her father.
Viaan brings Ehsaan forward congratulating him. While Viaan was talking to Vanya on the phone in the cell, Ehsaan suggested welcoming Viaan back with an engagement surprise. Ehsaan talked to Vanya about it, he thought it was a perfect plan. He later informed Viaan about it while he was in the cell. Vanya wanted to keep Viaan close to her in her happy moment, she asked if he was happy. Viaan is happy for him.
Raghav Sehgal introduces himself to Katha, apologises, but he is used to it, it gives him the pleasure of telling and loving Katha for the first time. He introduces himself to her again. Raghav tells that finding the perfect person is no less than magic, we keep wandering to find that soulmate, once we find it, we settle ourselves with that person. Raghav still remembers when he met Katha for the first time.
Raghav, dressed as a clown, was entertaining the children with his dance and songs. Katha entering the room scared all the children. Katha realized that he acted like a robot and told that he had been sent from the future to play with the children, the children did not respond. Raghav urges the kids to answer otherwise she will leave.
Raghav told Katha that it is important to befriend children, this makes the treatment process easier. The story went with the flow, he introduced himself. Raghav started reading the poem, found the story strange and wanted to leave. Raghav apologizes, he is reading a book at the moment, insists Katha to sit. Katha shows her Aarav’s profile. Katha gets to know his office, he assures to be a certified doctor, it was his misfortune to meet Katha in that state. Katha was skeptical at first but the certificates say otherwise, moreover Yuvraj praised the doctor and even met him himself. Raghav tells that there are only two people who consider him cool, himself and now Katha.
Viyan is handing a piece of his ear to Vanya, if it was anyone else he would be nervous, but not in case of favor, he will take care of Vanya. Ehsaan is Viaan’s best friend for life, only for his sister to take him away. Vanya assured that this would never happen. Viaan gives them relationship advice, tells them to be friends, to communicate in every situation, assuring that no one will come between them. With tears in Ehsaan’s eyes, he got down on his knees for the ceremony. Viaan recalls the day when he got engaged to Katha and she gave him the world’s rarest diamond.
Raghav and Katha come on stage for their engagement, Katha remembers to take off Viaan’s engagement ring. Raghav looks at her, he needed Katha and Aarav when Aarav needed him, destiny brought them together to make a complete family.
Raghav tells Katha that Yuvraj had already told him about Aarav. Katha tells that Aarav has been to many doctors, she wanted to meet him herself first. Aarav thinks there is nothing wrong with him. Raghav understands, Aarav is getting angry with whom he has made peace. Raghav has a problem, he cannot treat patients without meeting them. He wonders why people come to the hospital worried. The story asks questions. Raghav thinks that people should smile and be happy knowing that they are going to get treatment. The story tells that Aarav will not go to the doctor. Raghav wants to fix a time and place to meet Aarav.
Vanya and Ehsaan cut the cake. Viaan remembers the story behind that rare diamond, he feels lonely in its absence. Viaan got cut on his hand by a thorn. Vanya asks if he is okay.Raghav kept wondering why Katha smiles with pain in her eyes, despite that there is a lot to know about her. Her eyes say what her lips don’t.
Precap: Raghav and Katha were getting engaged. Teji sends Viaan back into the narrative, knowing it is not an easy task. The engagement rings fell on the floor, everyone started looking for them. Katha sees Viaan standing in front of her.
